The Bible Film Project is a non-profit dedicated to telling Biblical stories in an epic fashion that would be the most effective in capturing the ‘bigness’ of God’s story. Any profits realized from the non-profit underwriting portion go into the producing of the next film and into partnering with the JESUS Film Project to translate each picture into multiple languages for viewing throughout the world. The BFP is seeking to negotiate distribution arrangements that will allow the distributor to receive due normal distribution revenue but allow the BFP to partner with the JESUS Film Project and other like minded evangelical groups and mission agencies with translation into minority languages, allowing the 50-60% of the world that is illiterate or semi-literate the privilege of seeing the stories of the Bible in their language.

The first film scheduled for production is Alas Babylon – the story of Daniel. The second film is Lion of God – the story of the Apostle Paul drawn from the book of Acts and the Epistles.

The Bible Film Project is seeking individuals, churches, and groups that will donate a minimum of $100 towards the first feature in this series.  We are looking for individuals willing to help underwrite at least one of the 300,000 places needed to raise the $30,000,000 minimum to produce a high quality Biblical epic. Media investment entities are invited to join with Kingstone Media Group in investing on a pro-rata share and may contact Kingstone Media Group directly.
